The platform behind every batch

Atomic layer deposition equipment designed for powder materials deposits dense, ultra-thin barrier layers on individual particles — complemented by wet-chemical routes for surface engineering. On the synthesis side, high-temperature furnaces including hydrogen and controlled atmospheres.

It is the same equipment in every case: a development sample, a dedicated batch and an ongoing OEM supply run through the identical process line.

Supply & Rely

Contract manufacturing & OEM supply

Reliable supply from a few kilograms to single-digit tons per year, produced in Greifswald, Germany — the size class that is too large for lab-scale suppliers and too small for commodity producers. On site: around 10 t/a synthesis and 3 t/a coating capacity.

Production takeover

We take over the production of discontinued specialties — as a drop-in second source or sole supplier.

Supply agreements in place

Experienced with long-term supply agreements, exclusivity and confidentiality — the framework is established practice for us. We plan in years, not batches.

ISO 9001-certified processes, passed customer audits and batch-to-batch consistency.

Testing & quality

Every batch is verified against agreed parameters before it ships — the same checks for a development sample and for a production lot.
